Achievements
How do I use Achievements → All Achievements?
This is the full list of built-in achievements. Each row shows what it takes to earn (the Goal), what it pays (the XP reward), and an on/off switch. Flick the switch and it takes effect in Discord straight away — there is no Save button on this list.
How do I use Achievements → Custom?
Custom achievements are ones you invent. You decide what earns them, whether they belong to a team or a member, how rare they are and how much XP they pay. A league can have up to 50 of them.
How do I use Achievements → Tools?
Three blunt instruments: set one XP or one goal across a whole category at once, put every achievement back to how it started, and open the history of every change anyone has made.
How do I use Achievements → Unlocks?
Everything that has been earned, newest first — plus the settings that decide what happens at the moment somebody earns one: where it gets announced, whether it also pays a token, and the controls to hand one out or take one back yourself.
Activity Monitor
How do I set up Messages needed to count as active?
Messages Needed is the fewest messages somebody has to post this week to count as active. It starts at 5. Counting starts over every Sunday (US Eastern time), so the number you set is a per-week bar. Set it to zero and messages stop counting.
How do I turn on Give the Active role automatically?
Turn on Activity Tracking and, once a day, the bot hands your Active role to everyone who met the activity numbers — and takes the Inactive role off them. The Give The Active Role switch itself starts on; Activity Tracking is the part you actually turn on. Pick the role itself in Front Office first.
How do I turn on Give the Inactive role automatically?
With Activity Tracking on, the bot hands your Inactive role, once a day, to everyone who has been completely silent for longer than your quiet-days limit. Be slower with this one than with its opposite — it labels people publicly.
How many days is activity counted over?
A week — always. Activity is counted over a fixed week that starts over every Sunday (US Eastern time), and there is no setting to change it. There used to be a box called Counted Over (Days) on this card; it has been removed, because it never changed how the counting worked.
How many quiet days before someone counts as inactive?
Quiet For This Long Is Inactive is how many days of complete silence before somebody counts as inactive. This is the simple one — nothing at all from them for this many days and they are marked. It starts at 14 days.
Betting
Can one bet slip cover more than one game?
Yes. Build your picks on one game, press Add Game, pick another game, and keep going. It is all one ticket — every pick has to come in, and it pays out once the last of those games is final.
How do I fix a bet that will not settle?
Bets settle themselves the moment their game is final in your league export — so a stuck bet almost always means the export is behind. Export your league from the companion app, then use Settle A Week Again on the XP Hub's Betting tab to re-check the whole week.
How do I place a bet, and how do I change the amount?
Run /bet board in Discord, press Bet on the game you want, pick your lines from the dropdowns, then press Change stake to type how much XP you are putting on it. Press Place Bet when the slip looks right. The amount is not part of the command. It is a button on the slip.
How do I set up Bet results channel?
Pick the channel where finished bets are graded and payouts announced. The picker lives on the XP Hub's Betting tab and is labelled Where Results Are Posted. Leave it empty and results post in the bet slips channel instead. There is also a switch under that picker, labelled Post The Results. It is o

Pick the channel where a member's bet slip posts when they place one. The picker lives on the XP Hub's Betting tab and is labelled Where Members Place Bets. How do I set up playoff predictions?
Playoff predictions live on the Gameday Hub's Playoffs & Predictions tab. You post a whole playoff round for the league to pick, everyone taps a winner for each game in Discord, and correct picks pay XP automatically. There is a leaderboard for the season.
How do I settle a week of bets again?
Use the Settle A Week Again card on the XP Hub's Betting tab. Pick the week and press Settle That Week Again — every bet and every head-to-head wager on that week is checked against the scores as they stand now, and any payout that should change is put right. It is safe to run more than once.
How do head-to-head wagers work?
A wager is a head-to-head bet between two members on their own game — one challenges, the other accepts, and the winner takes double the stake. It all happens in Discord with /wager create, and it settles itself when the game's result comes through.
How do parlays work?
A parlay is one bet spread across several picks — every pick has to come in for it to pay, and the winnings multiply with each pick added. Members build them in Discord with /bet board, or on the Sportsbook page of their My Team pages on the website.
What happened to AI Bet Insights?
AI Bet Insights — the AI-written betting posts and the standing insight boards some leagues saw on the old Betting page — is not currently available. There is nothing to set up, and no dashboard screen for it right now. Betting itself is unaffected: members still place bets with /bet board and /bet
Where are the betting settings now?
All of betting's settings live on the XP Hub's Betting tab: bet sizes, the two betting channels, the caps, and the week re-settle tool. The on/off switch lives in the Features Hub. The old standalone Betting page and its Settings tab are gone.
Where can I see betting history?
Each member sees their own history with /bet history in Discord, or on the Sportsbook page of their My Team pages on the website. The old dashboard History tab that listed the whole league's graded bets has been retired.
Where can I see the bets members have placed?
Bets live in Discord. Every bet a member places posts into the channel you picked under Where Betting Happens, and members can pull up their own bets any time with /bet active and /bet history. The old dashboard tab that listed every bet in the league has been retired.
Where did the Betting Overview tab go?
The old standalone Betting page — and its Overview tab full of tiles and counts — has been retired. Betting is now set up on the XP Hub's Betting tab, and the day-to-day action lives in Discord, where members place their bets and results are posted.
Commissioner Tools
How do I run free agency?
Free agency runs as a bidding window. You open one, owners spend XP bidding on the players they want, and when you close it the highest bid on each player wins. Everyone who lost gets their XP straight back. The commissioner's controls live in the Teams Hub, on the Free Agency tab.
How do I set up the ticket system?
The help desk your members open tickets from. They tap a button in Discord, a private channel opens between them and your staff, and the conversation can be saved when it closes. It all lives on one screen now: the Tickets tab of the Moderation Hub — five cards, top to bottom, each with its own save
How do I use the Active Check page?
It posts a check-in message in a channel you pick and asks every team owner to tap the tick within a time limit. Anyone who does not gets your Inactive role.
How do I use the Admin Commands page?
A list of every admin tool the bot has, where you can share each one with extra Discord roles you trust.
How do I use the Force Wins page?
Where you declare a winner for a game that could not be played — a no-show, or two owners who could never find a time. Your decision is written into Madden itself through EA's own tools, then recorded for the league.
How do I use the Franchise Finder Listing page?
Your league's advert in the Franchise Finder — what platform you play on, how serious the league is, and a few lines of rules. It is what a recruit reads before deciding whether to join you.
How do I use the League Ad page?
Where you write the recruitment post the bot sends out — the hook, the pitch and your selling points. Your open teams and a fresh invite link are added underneath every time it goes out.
How do I use the Member Log page?
A running record of everyone who has ever been in your server — with the gamertag the bot matched to them, their team, and a profile behind each name holding their dates, their history and your private notes. It lives in the Moderation Hub, on the Member Log tab, and it is the page you open when you
How do I use the RSS Feeds page?
Point Franchise Hub at a news site and it drops that site's new stories straight into one of your channels, so your league always has something to talk about. Give it the site's feed address, say where the stories should land, and leave it running.
How do I use the Retirements page?
When a player leaves your league for good, this posts a card announcing it and keeps him in an archive your members can look back on. Pick the channel once, then press the button whenever you want the newly retired posted — usually after you advance. It lives on the Teams Hub, under the Retirements
How do I use the Upgrades page?
The upgrade queue lives in the XP Hub, on the Pending Upgrades tab. It is one list of every XP purchase your members have made — attribute upgrades and dev-trait upgrades — with an Approve and a Turn down button on each open one, plus the settings for who clears the queue and what clearing it pays.
Where did the Admin Console go?
The Admin Console is no longer a page of its own. Everything it did still exists, split across two homes: Front Office → League Access holds who may open your settings, what they can touch, Commish Center access and the two Discord panels; the game-day actions — force wins, advances, data refreshes
Draft
How do I post my draft results?
On the Teams page, open the Draft & Scouting tab. Pick a Post channel, press Save draft settings, and once your draft is done in Madden and the league has exported, press Post draft results now. Every team that drafted gets its own post listing the rookies they picked.
How do I set up the draft class and scouting?
Upload the class from Discord with /draft_class_upload, then go to the Teams page, open the Draft & Scouting tab, and scroll to The Class Itself. That is where you switch Enable scouting hub on, pick the Scout channel, and set what each level of scouting costs in XP.
How do I upload a draft class?
Run /draft_class_upload in your Discord server and attach the draft class file from Madden. The honest catch: that file only exists on a PC — Madden writes it to a PC's saves folder, so a console-only league cannot produce it on its own. If nobody in your league plays on PC, ask in the support Disco
How do I use the Hall of Fame?
Your league's permanent record of the players it decided were great. It lives on the Teams page, at the bottom of the Draft & Scouting tab — add somebody with the Induct a player form, and remove them again from their row.
Economy
How do I get tokens for the wheel?
Spins cost tokens — Bronze, Silver or Gold, one colour per wheel. You earn them by completing daily challenges and achievements, your commissioner can hand them out, and if your league has put tokens up for sale you can turn XP into tokens right on the wheel page with Buy Tokens With XP.
How do I ping a player when their upgrade is done in game?
Pick the channel where members get tagged once their upgrade has actually been made in Madden. Set it together with the switch directly under it — one without the other does nothing.
How do I set up Backup XP channel?
You don't — this box no longer exists. Set the XP receipts channel instead; that is the one that matters. If your league filled the backup box in back when it existed, it still quietly works the old way.
How do I set up Daily challenges channel?
Pick the channel where challenge results are announced — wins, the all-done bonus, and challenges that ran out of time. Without it the challenges still run, but silently, which defeats the point. There is also a switch under that picker, labelled Post Challenge News. It is on unless you turn it off.
How do I set up Upgrade requests channel?
Pick the channel where upgrade requests land for you to approve. Without it members can ask for upgrades and nobody ever sees the request. There is also a switch under that picker, labelled Post Upgrade Requests. It is on unless you turn it off.
How do I set up XP receipts channel?
Pick the channel where every XP payout is announced. This is the one channel members actually watch, so set it early — without it XP moves silently and people assume the bot is broken. How do I turn on Bonus XP for invites?
Turn this on to pay a member's team XP when someone joins through their invite. If the newcomer leaves again quickly the XP is taken straight back, so it does not reward padding the numbers. You post the invite board from the dashboard, then switch the feature on from the board itself in Discord.
How do I turn on Hide rookie dev traits?
Turn this on to keep a rookie's Star, Superstar or X-Factor trait hidden until their first season ends — on the bot and the website both. It makes the draft a gamble instead of a shopping list.
How do I turn on Referral rewards?
Pays a member for bringing somebody who stays. The newcomer has to be in your server for a set number of days and actually play a set number of games before the person who invited them is paid anything. It is off in every league until a commissioner turns it on, and it lives in the XP Hub on the Ear
How do I turn on Tell members when their upgrade is done?
Turn this on so a member is tagged the moment their upgrade is actually applied in Madden. It is the difference between approved and done, and it stops the same question being asked twice a week.
Features
How do I turn on Achievements & badges?
Turn on the Achievements switch on the Features page. It tracks milestone unlocks and badge progress across your league, and pays XP (and sometimes a spin token) when one is earned.
How do I turn on Activity Tracking?
Turn on Activity Tracking and the bot notices who is chatting and who has gone quiet, then hands out your Active and Inactive roles once a day. There are two switches — one in the Features Hub and one on the tracking card itself — and it needs both.
How do I turn on Auto-role when someone joins?
Turn on the Auto-Role on Join switch on the Features page. It gives every new member your Waitlist Role the moment they arrive. You pick that role on the Front Office page — the switch only decides whether it is handed out.
How do I turn on Daily challenges?
Turn on the Daily Challenges switch on the Features page. Members complete daily and weekly goals for XP payouts. It is part of the XP economy, so the XP switch has to be on too — turning Daily Challenges off leaves the rest of the economy running.
How do I turn on Reaction roles?
Turn on the Reaction Roles switch on the Features page, then build your panel on the Front Office page's Self-Pick Roles tab. Members bet XP on league games — single bets and parlays, including parlays that cover several games on one slip, with payouts when games finish. The switch is called Betting and lives in the Features Hub. It is part of the XP economy, so the XP switch has to be on for it to work.
How do I turn on Teach the AI assistant?
Turn on AI Assistant Learning in the Features Hub and commissioners can correct the assistant — league facts it got wrong, the tone you want, and phrases to avoid — so it stops repeating the same mistake. The teaching itself happens in the Extras Hub, or with /teach in Discord.
How do I turn on Team-Role Autopilot?
Turn on Team-Role Autopilot in the Features Hub and the bot keeps every member's team role matched to the team they actually own in Madden, without anybody doing it by hand. It is the setting that stops the roles drifting. (This feature used to be called Role enforcer — same thing, new name.)
How do I turn on Trades?
The master switch for trading. On, members propose player and pick trades, the league votes, and commissioners approve or veto them. It is on by default; the switch lives in the Features Hub and all the settings live in the Teams Hub.
How do I turn on XP & rewards?
The master switch for the whole XP economy is the XP switch in the Features Hub. It is on by default. Turning it off stops every part of the economy in one go — read the list below before you do.
How do I turn on removing members who never claim a team?
This is the Auto-Kick Unclaimed Joiners switch on the Features page. Off by default, and think hard before turning it on: anybody who has not claimed a team 24 hours after joining gets a DM warning, an hour to act, and is then removed from the server. Game Day
How do I set up Game of the Week channel?
Open the Gameday Hub, go to the Game of the Week tab, and set the Public post channel. You need your game channels set up first — Game of the Week will not work without them, and the page tells you so.
How do I set up Player of the Week channel?
Open the Gameday Hub, go to the Player of the Week tab, and set the Player of the Week channel. Then run /potw after you advance the week. Leave the channel blank and the image posts wherever the command was run.
How do I set up Playoffs channel?
Open the Gameday Hub, go to the Playoffs & Predictions tab, and set the Playoffs channel — that is where playoff results post. Leave it blank and they follow your Game of the Week channel instead, as long as Post playoff rounds is on.
How do I set up Post-game stats channel?
Pick the channel where every finished game's box score is posted. The picker lives in the Gameday Hub, on the After the Game tab, on the card called The Box Score and the Written Recap. Beside it is a switch called Post the box score. It is on unless you turn it off.
How do I set up Power Rankings channel?
Pick the channel where the power-rankings board should be posted. You need this set if you post rankings from the Commish Center — that button has nowhere to send them otherwise.
How do I set up Roster updates channel?
Pick the channel where signings, cuts and roster moves are posted. The picker lives in the Gameday Hub, on the After the Game tab, on the card called Roster Moves. Beside it is a switch called Post roster moves. It is on unless you turn it off.
How do I set up Trade block channel?
Open the Teams Hub, go to the Trades tab, and set the Trade-block channel in the Channels card. One post lands there each time a team lists a player.
How do I set up the written recap channel?

How do I get around Franchise Hub on desktop?
On a computer everything lives in the left sidebar. Your league's settings are split across eight Hubs, each Hub has a strip of tabs across the top, and every section saves on its own button.
How do I get around Franchise Hub on my phone?
On a phone there are three buttons along the bottom — Leagues, My Team and More. Everything that is not one of the first two lives under More, and inside a page you change section with a dropdown instead of tabs.

How do I set up tournaments?
Tournaments live on the XP page, on the Tournaments tab. You do not schedule anything — you put one board in a Discord channel with Post the board, and members start tournaments from it themselves. Raffle lives inside the XP Hub: open its Overview tab and press Open Raffle. Set up a raffle, post its board into a channel so members can enter, then draw and announce the winner.
How do I use the Relocation page?
Relocation is a tab in the Teams Hub. Pick a team, give it a new city and name from Madden's own relocation list, and upload a logo if you have one. The rest of the bot follows the change everywhere it prints that team.
How do I use the Teams page?

How do I use the Trades page?
Trading is run from the Teams Hub, on its Trades tab: the voting rules, which channels everything posts in, whether XP can be traded, the trade deadline, and the door through to the trades waiting on a decision.
How do I use the Twitch page?
Twitch lives in the Extras Hub, on its Twitch tab. When a linked member goes live, the bot posts a shout-out in the channel you choose; their finished recordings and clips post themselves too, and the bot can even cut your game recordings into highlights.
How do I use the Wheel Spin page?
Everything about Wheel Spin lives in the XP Hub, on its Wheel Spin tab: whether the wheel is running, which channel it lives in, what the prizes are and how likely each one is, what a spin costs, and how long members wait between spins.
How do I use the XP page?
Dashboard → your server → XP. This is the home of your league's points economy — what XP buys, what it costs, who has how much, and when it pays double. It is one page with a strip of tabs across the top, not many pages.
Where did the Notifications page go?
The old Notifications settings page had two jobs, and each one now lives with its own feature. The private messages the bot sends the licence owner are in the Extras Hub, and the league news feed is in the Gameday Hub.
Where did the Roles Hub go?
There is no Roles Hub page any more. Everything it held still exists — each piece now lives with its own feature, split between the Front Office, Teams and Moderation Hubs.
Where did the Settings Checklist page go?
The Settings Checklist page is retired. Your league's settings now live in eight Hubs in the sidebar, and the Overview Hub's Start Here card tracks your setup for you. An old bookmark may still open the old page, but the menu no longer leads there — set things up in the Hubs instead.
Where do I set limits on trades, bets, spins and upgrades?
There is no separate Limits page any more. Every cap now lives with the feature it belongs to — trade caps sit with your trade settings, betting caps with your betting settings, and so on. Out of the box nothing is capped until you cap it.
Where is that setting? / How do I use the Settings Checklist page?
Every command's setup step — channel, role, number, on/off switch — lives on one page: the Settings Checklist. If you're hunting for where something is configured and can't find it on its own feature page, this is the page that has it, or a jump link straight to the page that does.
Limits
How do I give one team its own limits?
You can give one team a different limit from everyone else — a team on thin ice for trade spam, or a team you trust with a longer leash. The editor is called Team Limits, and you reach it through the XP Hub.
How do I set the league-wide limits?
League-wide limits are the caps everybody follows unless a team has its own. There is no Limits page any more — each cap is a card inside the tab of the feature it belongs to, with its own Save button. Out of the box nothing is capped until you cap it.
Moderation
How do I set up Game channel archive?
Pick a channel and every finished game channel's chat is saved there as a thread before the bot deletes the channel. Leave it blank, or switch it off, and finished game channels are deleted with nothing kept.
How do I set up Member departures channel?
Pick a channel and every departure gets a card showing when they joined and how long they stayed. The picker lives in the Moderation Hub, on the Joining & Leaving tab. Together with the joins channel it tells you whether people are leaving quickly, which is the number that actually matters.
How do I set up Member joins channel?
Pick a channel and every new member gets a card showing how old their Discord account is, which invite they used, and who made that invite. The picker lives in the Moderation Hub, on the Joining & Leaving tab, and it is the single most useful thing you can turn on for spotting trouble early.
How do I set up Moderation log?
Pick a private channel and everything the bot does to keep the server clean gets written there. The picker lives in the Moderation Hub, on the Moderation Log tab. Set it before you need it — it does not record anything retroactively.
How do I welcome new members automatically?
Pick a channel and write a message, and every new member gets a welcome card with their name and picture on it. Both are on the Welcoming New Members card in the Moderation Hub, on the Joining & Leaving tab. Set both or nobody gets welcomed. A channel with no message does nothing, and a message with
My Account
How do I change who counts as a commissioner?
Commissioner access is set in the Front Office Hub. On the Special Roles tab you tell the bot which Discord role means commissioner; anyone holding that role in Discord is a commissioner. The old read-out page that listed everyone with commissioner access no longer exists.
How do I connect my Madden league?
The connection to your Madden league lives in the EA Connection section on your league's Overview page. Everything real in the product — standings, schedules, rosters, results — comes through this connection, so it is the first place to look whenever the data seems old.
How do I switch between my servers?
Server switching lives on the Dashboard home page — the first row in the sidebar. Pick a server there and everything else in the dashboard follows that choice. The old Manage Servers tab under My Account is gone; the home page is the switcher now.
How do I use the My Account page?
My Account now lives on your league's Overview page. Clicking My Account in the sidebar takes you to the account area at the bottom of Overview: License & Billing, EA Connection, Branding, and the Danger Zone. The old separate account page with six tabs is gone — everything it held is in these secti
Where are the feature on/off switches?
The on/off switches are not under My Account any more. They have their own page: the Features Hub, in the sidebar under League. It is the one switchboard for the whole league — everything there is a switch, and each feature's settings live in that feature's own Hub.
Where do I check my license?

How do I open my league's story archive?
Every story your league's news feed has ever written, newest first. Gameday's The Latest Stories card shows the newest few — the Open the story archive button under that card opens the full archive, where you can click any story to read the whole thing, plus what happened in your league to cause it.
How do I set up my league's news feed?
The Newswire is your league's own news feed. The bot writes up signings, upsets, trades and results like a sports feed and posts them to a channel you choose. It lives in the Gameday Hub, and until you pick a channel the feed writes nothing at all.
How do I use DM Settings?
Three switches that decide what the bot messages the licence owner about directly in Discord, without them having to check the dashboard. Tick what you want and press Save DM Settings — the switches save together.
What is the Story Queue?
Stories your league's news feed wrote but has not published, because they did not clear its quality check yet. There is nothing to press. It is a window, not a control panel.

How do I set up League news feed channel?
Pick the channel for your league's news feed — the running social feed where AI reporters and members post about signings, upsets and draft buzz. Leave it blank and the feed stays off.
How do I set up New-member help channel?
Pick the channel new members are pointed to when the bot reminds them to link their Madden account and claim a team. The bot never posts into this channel itself — it names it inside the reminder, so point it somewhere a human will actually answer.
How do I turn on Auto-create trade discussion thread?
You do not need to. Trades open their own discussion thread automatically, and there is no working switch that stops them. A switch for this exists on the Teams page, and it saves, but it is not connected to anything — threads open either way.

How do I use the My Flags page?
Every report anybody has filed about your play, and the one place you can put your side of it on the record. An empty page is the good outcome — it means nothing has been reported about you.
How do I use the Player reputation page?
Look up any player and see their vouches and their reports side by side, drawn from every league that uses Franchise Hub — then vouch for the players who earned it in yours. Commissioners only, even though it sits under Player Portal.
How do I use the Report a Player page?
The form for telling us about a player who quit early, griefed, cheated or behaved badly. You must attach proof — a screenshot or a clip link — or the report will not go through. Whoever you report never finds out who filed it.
Roles Hub
How do I match each team to a Discord role?
Match every team in your league to a Discord role on the Teams Hub's Team Roles tab. Once that is done, giving somebody their team's role is the whole job — the bot works out who owns what from that one action.
How do I set up reaction roles?
Post a message members react to in order to give themselves a role. It lives in the Front Office Hub, on the Self-Pick Roles tab: create the panel, then add one emoji and role at a time. Twenty choices per panel, maximum.
How do I set up time zone roles?
One press posts a message with six buttons — PST, MST, CST, EST, GMT and Other — and members tap one to tag themselves with their time zone. It lives in the Front Office Hub, on the Self-Pick Roles tab, under Time Zone Roles. Set it up once and you never come back.
How do I track member activity?
The bot can count messages, reactions and voice time, and once a day hand your Active role to everybody clearing the bar and your Inactive role to everybody who has gone quiet. The settings live in the Activity Tracking card on Moderation → Active Check.

I'm a member of a league — where do I start?

I've just paid — what happens now?
Your payment creates a licence. You activate that licence on the Discord server you want it to cover, and the features switch on straight away. If anything looks wrong, nothing is lost — a licence can be moved.
Is it me or is EA down?

What does Franchise Hub do, and what does it cost?
Franchise Hub runs the admin side of a Madden franchise league so you do not have to. It connects to your league, pulls in scores, standings, rosters and stats on its own, and gives every member a page for their team. Listing your league and its public page cost nothing; the bot itself is paid.
Why is my dashboard stuck on the wrong week?
The bot only knows about the weeks that have been exported from Madden, so when the dashboard shows an old week after you have advanced, the newest week has not reached it yet. How do I set up Remind the waitlist every (hours)?
How often the bot nudges people again about a team that is still sitting open. Leave it blank for every 4 hours. Put a number in only if that is too much or not enough for your league.
How do I set up Role to ping instead of everyone?
Pick a role here and an open team pings just that group instead of the whole server. This is the single best five-second change on the page — leave it empty and an open seat with an empty queue pings @everyone.
How do I turn on Ping when a team opens?
It is already on. When a seat opens, the bot tells the people waiting for one — and keeps reminding them while it stays open. Turn it off if you would rather announce open teams quietly and recruit yourself.
How do I turn on Team waitlist?
It is already on. This is the master switch for the whole waitlist — the queue members join while they are waiting for a team. Leave it alone unless you want to run your league without a queue at all.

How do I give one team different XP prices?
Give one team different prices from everybody else. Open the XP Hub, go to the Earning tab, open One Team At A Time, and press One Team's XP Costs. Pick a team tile and you get an editor where each price can either follow the league default or be set just for them.
How do I give one team its own limits?
Give one team a tighter or looser cap than the rest of the league. Open the XP Hub, go to the Earning tab, open One Team At A Time, and press Per-Team Limits. Pick a team tile and the editor opens.
How do I set up the teams board?
Open Teams → Team Assignments. That one tab puts the teams board in Discord and keeps it fresh, shows which teams have nobody in them, and records each member's in-game EA name.

Turn the feature on at Features → XP, then work through the XP Hub's Rules & Setup tab: pick your XP icon, choose the channels XP posts in, and decide whether balances wipe at a new season. The defaults are sensible — you only need to change what you have an opinion about.
