How do I see which tickets are open?

Where to find it
On the website: press Moderation in the sidebar, then open the Tickets tab and scroll to the bottom.
On your phone: More → Moderation, then pick Tickets from the Choose a section dropdown.
Why this list matters
A ticket channel is only visible to the people its type lets in, so scrolling your server tells you nothing reliable about how many are waiting. This list is complete. When it says "No tickets are open. Nothing is waiting on you.", nothing is.
Each row is one open ticket: its number, the type it was opened under, who opened it, and a link on the right into the channel. If the link reads Open In Discord rather than a channel name, the link still works — the bot just has not caught the channel's name yet.
Closing a ticket happens in Discord
There is no close button here. Inside every ticket in Discord is a Close Ticket button — press it there when the issue is resolved. Closing is for your staff and commissioners.
A quiet ticket can also close itself, if you asked for that: Close Quiet Tickets After (Hours) on the Tickets card warns the ticket first, then closes it the normal way. Left at zero — the starting value — a ticket stays open until somebody closes it.
When one closes, the conversation is saved first (as long as Save A Copy When Closed is on) and the channel is removed about ten seconds later — or renamed, filed under your chosen folder and locked instead, if Where Closed Tickets Are Filed names one. Common problems
- It says no tickets are open and I can still see a ticket channel. A closed ticket leaves this list immediately, but its channel lingers in Discord for about ten seconds before it is removed — and if your league files closed tickets instead of deleting them, the channel stays, renamed to closed- followed by its number. Either way the channel is not proof the ticket is open.
- A ticket is here but I cannot open its channel. You are not in the roles that type lets in. The list shows every ticket; the channel still obeys your Discord permissions.
- The list is long and I want to clear it. There is no bulk clear. Each ticket is closed in its own channel in Discord — or set Close Quiet Tickets After (Hours) on the Tickets card and the quiet ones will close on their own, warning first.
