Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. Franchise Hub is the Discord bot, website, and app described below. By using Franchise Hub you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. Eligibility. Franchise Hub is offered to users in the United States only. You must be at least 13 and meet Discord's minimum age, and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission. Franchise Hub is not directed to children under 13.

3. The service. Franchise Hub is a Discord bot and web tool for managing Madden franchise leagues. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

4. Not affiliated. Franchise Hub is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, the NFL, or any team. Madden NFL 26 and all references to Madden NFL Football are property of EA SPORTS. All game and league names and marks belong to their owners. We use these names only to identify the game and the teams our users play.

5. Your responsibilities. Use Franchise Hub lawfully. You are responsible for your Discord server, your members, and anything you upload, and you confirm you have the rights to content you upload, including images and logos. Do not abuse, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.

6. Payment. Paid plans bill as described at purchase and renew until you cancel. You may cancel anytime and access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

7. Virtual items. XP, tokens, and in-league items have no real-world value, are not your property, and may be changed or reset at any time.

8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for abuse or non-payment, without liability.

9. As is. Franchise Hub is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will not be lost.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or 100 dollars.

11. Indemnity. You will indemnify and hold Franchise Hub harmless from any claim arising out of your use of Franchise Hub, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Travis County, Texas, and you and we each waive any right to a class action.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms, and continued use means you accept the changes.

14. Copyright complaints (DMCA). You warrant that content you upload, submit, or stream through Franchise Hub does not infringe anyone's copyright. If you believe content on Franchise Hub infringes your copyright, follow our Copyright Policy at franchisehub.gg/dmca, which explains how to send a DMCA notice and a counter-notice. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
