Privacy Policy

1. Scope. This explains what we collect and how we use it. Franchise Hub is operated by FranchiseHub LLC, which is responsible for the information described here. Franchise Hub is offered in the United States only.

2. What we collect. Your Discord account information such as your ID, username, and email if you sign in; the Madden NFL 26 and Madden NFL 27 league data the bot syncs, including your EA account connection, rosters, schedules, standings, and game results; images you upload; basic usage data; and payment information, which is handled by our payment processor.

3. How we use it. To run and improve Franchise Hub, operate your league features, process payments, and provide support.

3a. Payments and refunds. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your card details. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires otherwise. See section 6 of our Terms of Service for the full payment terms.

3b. Support access. When a league's commissioner asks us for help, our support staff can act inside that league's Discord server through the bot: reading messages, posting messages, and uploading a file such as a Madden draft class into a channel. Anything posted this way says that Franchise Hub support did it at the commissioner's request, and every such action is logged against that server.

4. Sharing. We share data only with the service providers that make Franchise Hub work, such as Discord, Electronic Arts, and our payment processor. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and deletion. We keep data as long as needed to run the service. You can delete your account and your data yourself at any time: sign in, open More, tap Account and data, then Delete my account and data. You can also email [email protected] and we will do it for you.

6. Security. We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure, and you use Franchise Hub at your own risk.

7. Children. Franchise Hub is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Your choices. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access or delete your data. Deleting is self-serve — see section 5 — or email [email protected] to make a request.

9. Changes. We may update this policy, and continued use means you accept it.
