How do I see where a team's XP went?

Dashboard → your server → XP → the Overview tab, then read the What Moved Recently card. Every entry shows the team, the amount and the reason. For one team's own full history, the team's owner has an XP History page inside My Team.

What it is for

Settling arguments. When someone says their XP is wrong, the record tells you what really happened: every payout, every purchase and every commissioner adjustment is written down with a reason.

The old full-page ledger with a filter box is gone. Today the record is read in three places, depending on how far back you need to go:

  • What Moved Recently on the Overview tab — the newest 25 movements across the whole league. For "what just happened?", this is the answer.
  • My Team → XP History — a team owner's own ledger, on their My Team pages. When one member disputes their balance, ask them to open it — it is the same record you would be reading.
  • Your XP receipts channel in Discord — the bot posts a receipt card every time XP moves, so the channel is a running history your whole league can scroll.

Step by step

  1. Open XP → the Overview tab.
  2. Scroll to What Moved Recently.
  3. Read down the list. Each line shows the team, the amount — with a plus or minus — and the reason. The reason line is usually the whole answer.
  4. If the movement is older than the list reaches, scroll the receipts channel in Discord, or have the team's owner open XP History under My Team.

Common problems

  • The movement I need is not in the list. The card shows the newest 25 movements league-wide, so a busy league pushes older entries out quickly. Use the receipts channel or the team's own XP History for anything older.
  • An entry has no reason. Something moved XP without giving one. Adjustments made through the dashboard always ask for a reason, so a blank one usually came from an older entry or a command.
  • A member says the record does not match their receipt. The record is what actually moved. If a Double XP boost was running, the reason line on the receipt says so and the figure will be the boosted one.
  • I want the whole history in a spreadsheet. There is no export button for the XP record.
  • This tab is missing from my sidebar. The XP feature is switched off — turn it on at Features → XP.
