How do I use the XP page?

Dashboard → your server → XP. This is the home of your league's points economy — what XP buys, what it costs, who has how much, and when it pays double. It is one page with a strip of tabs across the top, not many pages.

On the website: Dashboard sidebar → League → XP

In the app: More → XP, then pick a section from the XP sections dropdown at the top of the page

What it does

XP is your league's currency. Teams earn it for playing games, winning awards and completing challenges, and they spend it on player upgrades, bets, Wheel Spin turns and tournament entries. Everything about how that works is set here.

The tabs, in plain English

  • Overview — where the league's XP is right now: every team's balance, the newest movements, and the buttons to give or take XP by hand.
  • Earning — every way a member gets XP: daily claims, award payouts, invites, Discord boosts, and the Double XP boost.
  • Upgrades — how owners make their players better, and what it costs.
  • Wheel Spin — the wheel: what a spin costs and what it can pay.
  • Betting — bet sizes, the betting channels, and re-settling a week.
  • Rules & Setup — the XP icon, the channels XP posts in, the season reset rule, and the XP tax.
  • Daily Challenges — what each daily challenge pays out.
  • Pending Upgrades — the queue of upgrades waiting to be done, and who handles them.
  • Achievements — badges and milestones members unlock.
  • Tournaments — the board members start tournaments from, entry fees and prizes.

One thing that is not a tab: Raffle. It is reached from a card at the bottom of the Overview tab — press Open Raffle.

Step by step

If you are setting XP up for the first time, this order saves the most backtracking:

  1. Turn the feature on: Features → XP.
  2. Open XP → Rules & Setup — pick your icon and the channels XP posts in.
  3. Open Upgrades — choose how upgrades work before you price anything, because the style changes what the prices mean.
  4. Open Earning — set what wins and awards pay out.
  5. Check Overview to watch it all move.

Every section saves on its own

There is no single Save button for the page, and most tabs have several. Change something, then press the Save button in that same card. This catches people out more than anything else on the page.

Common problems

  • The XP row is not in my sidebar. The whole economy is switched off — turn it on at Features → XP. Balances are hidden, not deleted, so switching it back on brings everybody's XP back exactly as it was.
  • I only see an Activate License row instead of the Hubs. Your league's license has run out or was never activated. XP is part of the Elite plan.
  • A tab I expected is missing. If you are helping run someone else's league, you only see the sections the owner has given you. A missing tab means it was not given to you, not that it is broken.
  • A team's balance is below zero. That is allowed. A commissioner taking more XP off a team than it holds is treated as a deliberate fine.
  • I saved and nothing changed. You almost certainly pressed a different card's Save button. Each card saves independently.
