How do I use the Teams page?

Where to find it
On the website: press Teams in the sidebar. It sits with the other League Hubs, between Front Office and Gameday.
On your phone: tap More, then Teams. Instead of the tab strip you get a Choose a section dropdown at the top of the page.
What it does
This is where ownership is run. You come here when somebody joins, when somebody leaves, when a deal needs approving, or when a club changes its name and city. Members see none of it — their side happens in Discord and on their own team pages.
What each tab is for
- Team Assignments — the teams board in Discord, which teams are open, each member's in-game name, and the waitlist. See the teams board and the waitlist.
- Team Roles — where the bot learns which Discord role means which team. Almost everything else on this page reads those roles, so this is the tab to get right first.
- Team Claims — the claim board members use to ask for a team, and your side of approving them.
- Trades — the voting rules, channels and deadline for trading. See Trades. This tab disappears when the Trades feature is switched off.
- Free Agency — opening and closing a free agency window and where its results post.
- Draft & Scouting — the draft class and draft-night tools.
- Relocation — moving a club to a new city, with its new name and crest.
- Retirements — players hanging it up.
Step by step
- Open Team Roles first and make sure every team has a Discord role mapped. The tab can create the roles for you.
- Open Team Assignments, pick a Board Channel, and press Save board config to put the teams board in Discord.
- Use Team Claims and the waitlist as people arrive, and Trades once the season is moving.
Common problems
- I cannot find the Teams page. It is the Teams row in the sidebar. If you are helping run somebody else's league and the row is not there, the owner has not given it to you — that is set in Front Office, under League Access.
- The Trades tab is gone. The Trades feature is switched off, in the Features Hub. The rest of the Teams Hub stays.
- A team feature behaves oddly for one club. Check Team Roles. The bot matches owners to clubs by role, so a missing or wrong role makes that club look broken everywhere else.
- My change did not save. Each section has its own Save button. Press the one belonging to the section you edited.
