How many days is activity counted over?
A week — always. Activity is counted over a fixed week that starts over every Sunday (US Eastern time), and there is no setting to change it. There used to be a box called Counted Over (Days) on this card; it has been removed, because it never changed how the counting worked.
Where the counting settings live
On the website: open your league, click Moderation in the sidebar, open the Active Check tab, scroll to the Activity Tracking card, and open What Counts As Active.
In the app: More → Moderation → pick Active Check from the "Choose a section" menu → the Activity Tracking card → What Counts As Active.
The card itself says it plainly: counting starts over every Sunday (US Eastern) — the league week.
How the counting really works
Every bar under What Counts As Active — Messages Needed, Reactions Needed, Voice Minutes Needed, Roster Moves Needed — is measured against the current week. When Sunday comes around, everyone's counts start again from zero, so the Active role is re-earned each week rather than earned once and kept forever.
Early in the week almost nobody has cleared the bar yet; by the end of the week everyone who has been around has. The daily hand-out catches people up as the week fills in, so a quiet Monday is nothing to worry about.

If you used to set Counted Over (Days)
Nothing to do. The box never changed anything — the counting has always run week by week — so removing it changed nothing about who gets the Active role. Set Messages Needed and its companions with a week in mind and you are set.
Common problems
- Nobody has the Active role early in the week. Normal — the counts just started over on Sunday. They catch up as the week goes on.
- Nobody ever clears the bar. The problem is usually Messages Needed. Lower it — the right number is one your quietest genuine member clears in a week.
- Can I make it count over a month instead? No. The week is fixed, and every bar on the card is a per-week bar.
- I can't see the Moderation page. If you are a helper rather than the licence owner, the owner grants access under Front Office → League Access.
