How do I set up Trade block channel?

Open the Teams Hub, go to the Trades tab, and set the Trade-block channel in the Channels card. One post lands there each time a team lists a player.

Where to find it

On the website: click Teams in the sidebar, then the Trades tab at the top of the page. Scroll to the Channels card.

In the app: tap More, then Teams, then pick Trades from the section dropdown.

What it does

This is the shop window. Members put players they are willing to move onto the block, and everyone else can see who is available without asking around in general chat.

Each time a team lists a player, a post lands in this channel — so it becomes the running feed of what is being talked about.

How members use it

Members list players from /profile under Trades, or on the site under My Team → Trade Block. To build an actual trade, they run /trade builder, which walks them through it step by step. Running /trade on its own shows their team's current listings.

Step by step

  1. Make sure Trades is switched on in the Features Hub. When it is off, the Trades tab does not appear at all.
  2. On the Teams Hub's Trades tab, find the Channels card and set the Trade-block channel.
  3. Press Save channels.
  4. Tell your league they can list players from /profile under Trades, or on the site under My Team → Trade Block. The feed fills itself from there.

Common problems

  • I can't find the Trades tab. The whole tab hides when the Trades feature is off. Switch Trades on in the Features Hub and it comes back.
  • Nothing is being posted. Check that a Trade-block channel is actually picked and saved in the Channels card — each card on the page saves with its own button, so make sure you pressed Save channels on that card, not a Save elsewhere on the page.
  • This is not the same as the other trade channels. The Channels card holds four channels and they do different jobs. The Trade-block channel is the shop window — one post per listing. The Trade-market channel is one pinned board of every listed player, kept up to date. The Forum channel is where every new trade opens a voting thread. The Announcement channel is where approved or vetoed trades are announced. Set the ones you want — they are all on the same card.
  • I can't see this tab. What a helper sees is controlled by the owner. Share it from Front Office on the League Access tab.
