How do I use the Player reputation page?

Commissioners only — this one catches people out

Every other row under Player Portal is for anybody. This one is not. A member who follows it gets turned away, and that is intended: it shows other people's standing, and it is the surface a vouch is given from.

The row belongs to a league, so it needs a league picked. On the pages that have no league in view, you get one Player Reputation row that asks which of your leagues you meant. If you commission none, it puts you back on the Dashboard.

What the lookup shows

Type a gamertag, or paste a Discord mention or ID, and press Look up.

• A standing — Flagged, Watch, Neutral or Endorsed, with a line saying why.
• Vouches — how many, what for, and how many different leagues they came from.
• Reports — how many, how many upheld, how many still awaiting review, what they were for, and across how many leagues.

You never see who reported or who vouched, and you never see anybody's screenshots. Counts and categories, nothing else.

Reading it honestly

• "Upheld" means Franchise Hub staff reviewed a report and stood it up. It is the only part of the report side that has been checked by a human.
• Vouches cannot cancel an upheld report. Not by weight of numbers, not ever. A player with one upheld report reads as Flagged however many vouches they hold — which is the point of keeping both sides on one screen.
• A report someone has disputed still counts as awaiting review, because that is what it is. It is not a mark against them yet.
• Dismissed reports disappear from the totals entirely.
• A shared-account warning appears when the same gamertag has recently been seen on more than one Discord account. When you see it, slow down — the history on screen may not all belong to the person in front of you.

Vouching for a player

Look them up first — the vouch form only appears once a real player is on screen. Pick a reason (Plays out their games, Reliable and active, Good sport, Recommended), add an optional note, and give the vouch.

One vouch per reason per player. Vouching again for the same reason updates the one you already gave rather than adding a second; a different reason adds another.

Why a vouch gets refused

A vouch is a claim on other leagues' behalf, so it has to be earned before it can be given. All of this is checked for you:

• You must be a commissioner of the league you are vouching from.
• That league needs an active paid subscription, and one that has been running for a while rather than bought this morning.
• The league has to be a real, running league — enough team owners, and enough weeks actually synced from Madden.
• The player must have been on a roster in your league for a few weeks, with a confident match between their gamertag and their account.
• You cannot vouch for yourself, including under any other gamertag of yours.

Every refusal comes back as a plain sentence saying which of those it was.

Common problems

• A member says the page will not open. Correct — commissioners only.
• "We couldn't find that player." The lookup wants an exact gamertag, or a Discord mention or ID. It is not a fuzzy search.
• My vouch was refused and my league looks fine to me. It is nearly always synced weeks or owners. Keep exporting; a young league grows into it.
• Nothing at all on a player I know has history. History attaches to a gamertag. If theirs has only just been linked, it starts from there.
• "Reputation lookups aren't available right now." The whole system is switched off for maintenance. Nothing is lost while it is.
