How do I use the My Flags page?

Every report anybody has filed about your play, and the one place you can put your side of it on the record. An empty page is the good outcome — it means nothing has been reported about you.

What it does

This page only ever shows reports about you. It finds them by your Discord account and by every EA gamertag we know is yours, so a report filed against your gamertag before you ever linked it turns up here the moment the link exists.

Each one shows the reason, what the person wrote, the date, and where it has got to. What it never shows is who filed it, or the screenshots and clips they attached. That is not a display choice — the page is not allowed to read those things at all.

What the labels mean

  • Pending review — filed, waiting on Franchise Hub staff.
  • Verified — staff reviewed it and stood it up. This is the one that counts against you on the reputation lookup.
  • Dismissed — reviewed and thrown out. It stops counting.
  • Disputed — you have put your side in and it is back with staff.

Adding your side — you get one go

While a flag is Pending review or Verified, there is a box under it. Write what happened from where you were sitting and press Submit my side.

Then the flag becomes Disputed and the box closes. There is no second attempt and no editing afterwards, so put everything in the first time — what actually happened, anything the report leaves out, and anyone who was there.

Common problems

  • A report I know about is not listed. Almost always the gamertag. If it was filed against a name that is not yet tied to your account, it will not find you until that link exists. Connecting EA and playing a synced week fixes it by itself.
  • I got a message about a report and this page is empty. Give it a moment and reload. If it stays empty, the reporting system is briefly unavailable — the page shows the clean empty state rather than an error, so nothing has been lost.
  • It has said Pending review for days. Reports are reviewed by Franchise Hub staff, not by your own league. There is nothing your commissioner can do to speed it up, and nothing you need to chase.
  • Can I get a flag removed? Only by disputing it and having staff dismiss it. Nothing you do in your league changes it, and neither does leaving.
  • Everyone can see this about me. No. This page is yours. What other people can look up is the count, never the write-up.
