How do I turn on Achievements & badges?
Turn on the Achievements switch on the Features page. It tracks milestone unlocks and badge progress across your league, and pays XP (and sometimes a spin token) when one is earned.
Where to find it
On the website: open your league, click Features in the sidebar, and find the Achievements switch.
In the app: tap More, then Features, and find the Achievements switch.

Step by step
- Go to Features and turn Achievements on.
- Pick where unlocks are announced: open XP in the sidebar, choose the Achievements tab, then Unlocks. In the Announcement channel card, pick a channel and click Save channel. Left empty, achievements are still saved — there is just no celebration post.
- Read below before turning it off, so you know exactly what goes with it.
What goes with it when you switch it off
Off, you lose exactly three things:
- Achievement unlocks and badge progress, and the XP and tokens they pay
- The
/achievementscommand in Discord - The badges tab on the member profile card
What you do not lose is the profile itself. /profile keeps working and a member's team, record, XP, upgrades and spins are all still there — only the badges tab goes. That was changed in August 2026, after a league switched off badges and lost their whole profile command with it.
Progress already earned is kept. Turn it back on and everybody's unlocks are where they were.
Common problems
- The badges tab vanished from members' profiles. This switch is off. The rest of the profile is unaffected, which is why it reads as a glitch rather than a setting.
- Unlocks happen but nobody sees them. Set the announcement channel: XP → Achievements tab → Unlocks → Announcement channel.
- Members lost their badges. Hidden, not deleted. They return when you switch it back on.
- I can't find the Achievements tab. It lives inside the XP page, and the XP page only shows while your XP feature is on. The Achievements switch is always on the Features page.
- I can't see this setting. If you are a helper rather than the licence owner, the owner controls which pages you see under Front Office → League Access. Ask them to grant you access.
