I've just paid — what happens now?
Your payment creates a licence. You activate that licence on the Discord server you want it to cover, and the features switch on straight away. If anything looks wrong, nothing is lost — a licence can be moved.
What to do now
- Find your licence. It is on your account page under the licence section. See Your licence.
- Activate it on your server. A licence covers one Discord server. Pick the server your league lives in.
- Check it took. Your server should now show the plan you paid for. If it still says "No plan yet", give it a moment and reload before worrying.
- Carry on setting up. See I run a league for the order to do things in.
The things that go wrong, and what they mean
- "I paid but my server still says No License." Sign out of franchisehub.gg and back in — that alone clears most of these. Still no license? Open a ticket with the email you paid with and tell us that. Do not buy again — a second purchase creates a second, separate subscription, not a fix for the first one.
- "It says my licence is already activated." A licence can only cover one server at a time, and it is easy to activate it against the wrong one — a test server, or an old league. It can be moved — see Moving your license to another server. Do not buy a second one to work around it.
- "I think I have been charged twice." Worth checking before you worry. A renewal and a first payment can look alike on a statement, and a plan change can show as a fresh charge. If two payments really did happen, they can be found and put right.
- "I paid but nothing changed." Almost always the licence exists but has not been activated on a server yet, which is step 2 above.
- "I bought the wrong thing." Say so before doing anything else. It is far easier to correct than to unpick later.

Worth knowing: when a licence lapses, the paid features stop. Nothing is deleted — your league, XP, teams and history all stay exactly as they are, and they come back when the licence does.
Adding your commissioners
You probably are not the only person running the league. You can give other people commissioner access without handing over your account. See Commissioners.
