How do I give the bot my league's own name and picture?

It comes as one $5-a-month add-on called Featured League & Custom Branding. The same $5 also puts your league at the top of Franchise Finder. You cannot buy the two halves separately — one payment covers both.
Buy it
You need a public listing first, because the other half of the add-on is the top spot in Franchise Finder. If you do not have one, the card says so and offers a Publish a Listing button — set the listing up, then come back.
- Open My Account, then the License & Billing section
- Under Add-Ons, find Featured League & Custom Branding
- Tick the box agreeing it starts straight away
- Click Get Both Add-Ons and pay on Whop
If you run one server, it switches on there straight away. If you run more than one, we will ask which server you meant before switching it on — so it never lands on the wrong league.
Only the license owner sees the Add-Ons area, and add-ons are bought on the website, not in the phone app.
Set the name and picture
Once it is active, the editor appears on the same card.
- Open My Account → License & Billing → Add-Ons → Featured League & Custom Branding
- What the bot is called here — the name, up to 32 characters. That is Discord's limit, not ours.
- Picture web address — a web address of a PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP picture, under 8MB. Leave it blank to keep the default picture.
- Click Save The Bot's Look
The bot changes in your server straight away. If Discord will not take the change just yet, the page tells you why in plain words — what you saved is kept and tried again.
Go back to the default
Clear a field and save.
A cleared name puts the default name back. A cleared picture puts the default picture back. Clear both and the bot is back to its normal look.
If you stop paying
The bot goes back to its normal name and picture, and your league drops out of the Featured leagues band — cancelling stops both halves. The name and picture you typed are kept, so starting the add-on again brings your look straight back, nothing to retype.
Manage or cancel
Add-ons are billed on their own — cancelling one never touches your main subscription.
Press Manage This Add-On right on the card (or the Manage My Subscription button higher up — both work the same way). It opens Whop, where all your memberships live, this add-on included. The full steps are in How do I cancel?
If you use the phone app, add-ons are managed where you bought them.
Questions
The card says Part active. What does that mean?
You hold one half of the add-on and not the other. The card names the missing half and what to do about it. It usually means the league was set up before the two were combined, or there is no listing to feature yet.
I only want the bot's name, not the top spot. Can I pay less?
No — it is one $5 add-on covering both. Your league simply sits at the top of Franchise Finder as well.
