Where do I check my license?
Your license lives in the License & Billing section on your league's Overview page. It shows which server the license belongs to, its code, whether it is active, and when it expires. One license, one server.

In the app: More → My Account, then open License & Billing
Step by step
- Open My Account and click the License & Billing heading to expand it.
- Check the Status line reads Active, and that Server names the server you expect.
- Expires shows the date and how many days are left.
- If you have just bought a code and nothing is showing, press Activate a Code and enter it there.
Only the license owner sees the License Code and the billing buttons. A commissioner you have given access to sees a note that the owner looks after this instead.
One license, one server
A license attaches to a single Discord server. Running two leagues means two licenses — that is normal, not a mistake. If you own several, the Server line in this section is how you tell which license a renewal notice is talking about.
Moving a license from one server to another is not something the page can do; ask support.
Nothing is lost when a license expires
On expiry the bot simply stops answering. It does not delete anything — XP balances, trade history and every setting stay exactly where they were. Renew and it all comes straight back. There is no re-setup.
Common problems
- It says my license is expiring and I don't know which server. Open this section — the Server line names it. If you own several servers, check each one.
- I bought a license and nothing happened. Check this section first, then use Activate a Code with the code you were sent. If neither shows anything, contact support with the email you paid with.
- Expired — did I lose my league? No. Nothing is deleted. Renewing restores everything untouched.
- I can't see the license code or the buttons. They are owner-only. Whoever bought the license is the only person who sees them — that is deliberate, so a permissions mistake elsewhere can never lock you out of your own subscription.
