On the website: sidebar → Account → My Account
In the app: More → My Account
Both land on the same place: the account sections on your league's Overview page.
What is here
Each section is collapsed until you click its heading, and each one saves with its own button:
- License & Billing — your license, its status and expiry, and the buttons to subscribe or activate a code. Owner only. See Where do I check my license? and Where do I manage my billing?
- EA Connection — the link between this server and your Madden league. See How do I connect my Madden league?
- Branding — your league's name, shown everywhere your league appears.
- Danger Zone — owner only: Transfer Ownership, Start a New League, Disconnect League, Remove This Server. Every action asks you to confirm first.
Owner only, on purpose
License & Billing and the Danger Zone belong to whoever owns the license. A commissioner you have given access to sees a short note in their place instead of the controls. That is deliberate: a permissions mistake somewhere else can never lock you out of your own subscription, and nobody but you can transfer, reset or remove the server.
Your personal account is a different page
There is also an Account & data page for you as a person — your Discord sign-in, every server on your account, deleting your account, and signing out. In the app it is More → Account & data. That page is about you; the My Account sections above are about your league.
Common problems
- I'm looking for the My Account page with the tabs. It no longer exists as its own page. The same things are the sections on Overview described above.
- A commissioner says they cannot see License & Billing. Correct — it is owner-only by design.
- I clicked My Account and nothing seemed to happen. It scrolls you to the account sections at the bottom of Overview and opens them. If you were already on Overview, look down the page.
