How do I change who counts as a commissioner?
Commissioner access is set in the Front Office Hub. On the Special Roles tab you tell the bot which Discord role means commissioner; anyone holding that role in Discord is a commissioner. The old read-out page that listed everyone with commissioner access no longer exists.
Where to find it
On the website: sidebar → League → Front Office → Special Roles tab
In the app: More → Front Office, then pick Special Roles from the section menu
Step by step
- Open Front Office and go to Special Roles.
- Set the Commissioner Role (and the Co-Commissioner Role if you use one) to the Discord roles your league already uses for those jobs.
- Save. From then on, giving or taking that Discord role is how you add or remove a commissioner.
Deciding what helpers can touch
Making someone a commissioner and deciding what they can change are two different things. The League Access tab (same Hub) holds who may change settings and the Tab Access grid that decides which Hubs a helper can open.
One thing worth knowing: Tab Access starts wide open. A helper sees everything until the owner saves a narrower list — so if you want a helper limited to one or two Hubs, you have to actually save that list.
Checking who has access today
There is no list page for this any more. The role itself is the list: open the role in your Discord server's settings and its members are your commissioners. Taking the role off somebody removes their access; the dashboard follows the roles.
Common problems
- Somebody has access who shouldn't. Take the commissioner role off them in Discord. Access follows the roles.
- A helper says they can't see a Hub. Front Office → League Access → the Tab Access grid. A missing Hub means it was not given to them — nothing is broken.
- A commissioner can't see License & Billing or the Danger Zone. Correct — those stay with the license owner no matter what roles anyone holds.
