How do I set bet limits, tournament entry fees and prizes?

These settings all live in the XP Hub, but on different tabs now. Bet limits are on the Betting tab, tournament entry fees and prizes are on the Tournaments tab, and the Hall of Fame nomination cost is on the Earning tab. The old Economy tab no longer exists.

Where to find it

On the website: Dashboard → your server → XP, then the tab named below for each setting

In the app: More → XP, then pick the section from the XP sections dropdown

Bet limits

Open XP → the Betting tab. The Bet Sizes card holds three boxes: Smallest Bet, Biggest Bet, and Games In One Parlay. Leave a box empty and your league uses the normal amount, which is printed underneath.

  1. Change the numbers you care about.
  2. Press Save The Bet Sizes.

The smallest cannot be bigger than the biggest — the page will tell you if they disagree.

Tournament entry fees and prizes

Open XP → the Tournaments tab.

  1. Entry fees members can pick — the list of XP entry fees the board offers when somebody starts a tournament. Free is always included. Edit Entry fee options and press Save entry fees.
  2. How your tournaments run — the Prizes dropdown chooses between The usual split — most of the pot to the winner, the rest to the runner-up and Set your own places and amounts. The same card also decides whether wheel-spin tokens are handed out for tournament wins.

Whoever starts a tournament can still change that tournament's prizes.

The Hall of Fame nomination cost

Open XP → the Earning tab and find the Hall Of Fame card. Set XP To Nominate A Player — leave it empty to use the normal amount — and press Save The Nomination Cost.

Different rules for one team

Most of these numbers can be overridden for a single club without touching the other 31. On the Earning tab, open One Team At A Time and press One Team's XP Costs, then pick the club. A per-team value beats the league figure.

Common problems

  • My change didn't take effect. Each card has its own Save button. Saving one card does not save your edits to another.
  • A member says a bet was refused. Check Bet Sizes first — a stake outside the window is turned away before anything else is checked.
  • A member paid a different amount than the league setting. Check whether their club has a per-team override — a per-team value beats the league figure.
  • The Betting tab is missing. If you help run someone else's league you only see the sections the owner has given you — a missing tab means it was not given to you. The betting feature itself is switched on and off at Features → Betting.
  • The whole XP row is missing from my sidebar. The XP feature is switched off — turn it on at Features → XP.
