How do I give one team its own limits?
Give one team a tighter or looser cap than the rest of the league. Open the XP Hub, go to the Earning tab, open One Team At A Time, and press Per-Team Limits. Pick a team tile and the editor opens.

On the website: open the XP Hub in the sidebar, then the Earning tab. Open the One Team At A Time section and press Per-Team Limits.
On your phone: More → XP, pick Earning from the Choose a section dropdown, then the same One Team At A Time section.
What this is for
Your league sets one cap per feature and every team lives under it. This page, Team Limits, is for the exception: one team that should be allowed more, or held to less.
It starts as a chooser rather than an editor. The tiles under Pick a team are your teams, and the small print on each one says how many custom limits that team has — or that it uses the league settings. Press a tile and the editor for that team opens.
Step by step
- Set the league-wide caps first. Those live in the XP Hub, alongside the feature each cap belongs to.
- Press the tile of the team that needs to be different.
- For each feature, the editor shows the league-wide cap and whether this team has its own. Set the ones you mean and press that row's Save.
- Each custom limit has a Reset that puts the team back on the league-wide setting.
A team's own cap replaces the league one
It does not add to it and it is not the tighter of the two. The page says it plainly: a team's own limit wins over the league-wide limit. If a team does not have its own limit for a feature, the league-wide one applies — or no limit at all, if there is not one.
That is the thing people get wrong. If you set a team to 10 spins a day while the league is on 3, that team gets 10, not 3.
Common problems
- It says no team roles are set up. The tiles are built from your team roles. Set those up on the Teams Hub's Team Roles tab first.
- I raised the league cap and this team did not move. They have their own number, which replaces the league's. Press Reset in their editor to put them back.
- A member is still being blocked. Caps also apply per member and league-wide, not just per team. The Usage, Last 24 Hours report — next to Per-Team Limits in the same One Team At A Time section — shows you which team is actually hitting a limit right now.
- I want to change everyone. Use the league-wide caps in the XP Hub, not the tiles.
