How do I use the Admin Commands page?

Where to find it

On the website: sidebar League → Front Office, then the Admin Commands tab across the top.

In the app: More → Front Office, then pick Admin Commands from the Choose a section dropdown.

Who can already use everything

Before you change anything: your server admins, your commissioner role and your co-commissioner role can use every tool here. That is the starting point and it needs no setup. The line at the top of the tab names the roles that are always allowed, so you can check they are the ones you meant.

This tab only ever adds people. It is not a way to take a tool away from an admin or a commissioner — nothing here can do that.

What you actually change

The tools are grouped by what they are for: XP, Teams, Gameday, Moderation, Discord Panels and Extras, with anything that fits nowhere else under More Tools — that is where /active, the command that posts an Active Check on your team owners, lives. Each row shows the tool's name, the Discord command it belongs to, and a pill that reads League default — or, once you have shared it, how many roles you have added.

1. Tap a row to open it.
2. Under Roles That Can Use It, search for and pick the extra roles you want. Admins and commissioners always keep access whatever you pick.
3. Press Save on that row. Each row saves on its own.

A row you have changed grows a Back to League Default button. That button only exists while there is something to reset, which is why most rows do not have one — it is not missing, there is simply nothing custom on that row yet.

One more thing lives at the top of the tab: a note that this tab shares tools, with a Turn whole commands on or off button beside it. Sharing a tool here and switching a command off entirely are different jobs — that button opens the screen for the second one.

The two panel rows are different

The Discord Panels group holds two rows that are not slash commands — they are the buttons on the Commish Panel and the Force Win Panel that sit in your Discord channels. Only the league owner can change who may press them. A commissioner sees those rows but cannot edit them, and the row says so.

Common problems

• I removed a role and they can still use the command. They will be a server admin, or they hold the commissioner or co-commissioner role. Those always pass, whatever this tab says.
• There is no reset button on the row I want to reset. Then the row is already at the league default — nothing custom has ever been saved on it.
• I gave a role a tool and it still says they are not allowed. Check you pressed Save on that row. Each row saves on its own, so a change with no Save is lost when you leave.
• Someone can use a panel button I never gave them. Panel access follows the same rule as everything else: admins and commissioners are always allowed.
• The roles picker says it cannot read your roles. The bot could not read your server's role list just now. Your saved choices are kept — refresh in a moment.
