How do I use the Franchise Finder Listing page?

Where to find it

On the website: open the Franchise Finder at /dashboard/leagues, find your league's card, and press Edit listing.

In the app: tap Leagues, find your league's card, and press Edit listing.

If your league has never been listed, the editor sends you to the page that creates the listing first. Come back here once it exists.

The half you do not have to write

Your open teams, the week you are on and how many owners you have are filled in from your league every time somebody looks at the card. You never update them and they are never out of date.

Everything below is the half that is yours.

What you fill in

• Plays on — PlayStation, Xbox, PC. Tick as many as apply; a crossplay league ticks two.
• Skill level — Casual, Intermediate or Competitive. This is how hard the league plays.
• Rosters — Regs or Fantasy. A separate question on purpose: a league can be competitive and fantasy, and folding the two together made owners choose which half of the sentence to tell people.
• Entry — Free or Paid. Choosing Paid opens a box for the prize, which is where you write something like "$500 pot, winner takes all".
• Quick rules — five hundred characters for the things a recruit actually needs: sim rules, how often you advance, how to claim a team.

Then Save listing. Changes are live in the Finder straight away.

Taking the league down

At the bottom is Remove from the Finder, for a league that has finished or gone quiet. It hides the listing so nobody joins a league that is not running.

Nothing is deleted. Your description, your rules and any boost you have paid for are all still there, and List it again is one press. While the league is down a warning bar sits at the top of this page so you cannot forget it is hidden — which is the answer to "why is nobody joining?" more often than you would think.

A boost keeps its remaining days while the league is down and runs out on the day it always would. Taking a league off the Finder does not pause it.

Flare

If your listing is on the Gold boost, a Flare section appears: a banner image, a colour for your card, a display face and colour for your league's name, a tag of your own beside the Gold badge, and the same colours carried onto the league page recruits land on.

The banner is a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 2 MB. Wide images work best — it is cropped to a strip and dimmed behind your card so your league name stays readable.

Without Gold you still see the section, listing what it would give you. That is deliberate: nobody can decide whether it is worth it without seeing it.

If the name colour you pick would be unreadable on the card colour you picked, the page tells you and shows the default instead rather than shipping something nobody can read.

Common problems

• It says I do not manage this listing. You have to be a commissioner of the server the listing belongs to.
• I saved and the Finder still shows the old text. Reload the Finder page itself — saves are live, but a page already open in another tab is a snapshot.
• My platform came out wrong. Older listings stored a single platform. Open this page, tick the platforms that are true today, and save — that replaces the old answer for good.
• The prize box vanished. It only shows on Paid. Switching back to Free hides it and the league is advertised as free to enter.
• Nobody is joining. Check the warning bar at the top. If the league is taken down, it is invisible no matter how good the advert is.
• The banner upload is refused. Over 2 MB, or not a JPG, PNG or WebP.
• There is no Flare section, or no way to buy Gold. Flare needs the Gold boost. Inside the iOS app there is no purchase path at all — do that part in a web browser.
