How do I use the Member Log page?

Where to find it
On the website: press Moderation in the sidebar, then open the Member Log tab.
On your phone: More → Moderation, then pick Member Log from the Choose a section dropdown at the top of the page.
What it does
Discord shows you who is in your server right now. This tab shows you everybody who has ever been in it, and keeps what you know about them.
That difference is the whole feature. Somebody who rage-quit in week 6 is still here, marked as has left, with their history and the notes you wrote about them. When they turn up again next season under a new name, their profile is what tells you.
The three numbers along the top
- Here Now — currently in the server.
- Gamertag Matched — how many have an EA name on file.
- Ever Seen — everybody the log has ever recorded, including people who have left. They stay on the list on purpose.
If your log is empty or thin because you added the bot to a server that already had members, run /all_members sync in Discord once to record everybody who is already there.
Finding somebody
Type in the Search box — a name or a gamertag both work. Each row shows the member's name, the gamertag the bot matched (or "No gamertag matched yet"), their team, and a note if they have left or have a staff note on file.
On a very large server the list shows the newest few hundred rows and says so — a line above the list reads "Showing the newest of" your total, with a link to open the full member list. The three numbers at the top always count everybody.
What is behind Open
Press Open on any row and that member's own profile page opens, with the things the list itself cannot show:
- Account created — how old their Discord account is. This is not how long they have been in your league: a brand-new account joining the day after you banned somebody is the single most useful signal on the page.
- Joined this server, and Left server if they are gone.
- Invited by and the Invite code they came in on — the honest answer to "who brought this person in".
- Teams held, their claims, and their XP.
- EA / Madden gamertag(s), with a box to add or correct one — press Save EA name after typing.
- Notes, a private box with its own Save notes button. Only people who can open this page — the people running the league — ever see them.
Stopping a member's alerts
The Stop A Member's Alerts card at the bottom of the tab turns off every player alert one member has set up. Use it when somebody leaves, or their alerts get noisy. They can set them up again themselves.
The gamertag is worked out, not typed
Gamertags are matched through the team somebody holds, so "No gamertag matched yet" usually means they have never linked their EA account, or they hold no team. You can also type one in by hand on their profile.
Common problems
- Somebody is missing from the log entirely. They joined before the bot could record them. Run
/all_members syncin Discord once and everybody currently in the server is recorded. - Their gamertag says "No gamertag matched yet". No linked EA account and no team to match through. Open their profile and add it by hand if you know it.
- I typed notes and they vanished. Notes have their own Save notes button on the profile. Leaving the page without pressing it discards what you typed.
- The notes box says it needs a log entry. Notes attach to a recorded member. Run
/all_members sync, or have them rejoin, and the box works. - Somebody who left is still listed. That is deliberate. Leaving marks them as gone; it does not erase what you knew about them.
- Can members see my notes? No. They are only shown on this commissioner-only page.
- I can't see this tab. Ask your league owner — the tabs a helper can open are set in Front Office → League Access, in the Tab Access list.
