The Jacksonville Jaguars dominated the New England Patriots with a final score of 51-20, securing a decisive victory in Week 3 of the 2026 season. This win not only boosts the Jaguars' confidence but also places them in a strong position early in the season as they look to solidify their playoff aspirations. Trevor Lawrence was the star of the game, throwing for an impressive 415 yards and six touchdowns, showcasing his elite quarterbacking skills. Brian Thomas Jr. was his favorite target, racking up 169 receiving yards, while Bhayshul Tuten added a solid rushing performance with 49 yards on the ground. Together, they powered the Jaguars' offense to a commanding performance. Defensively, the Jaguars made their mark with a crucial interception by Josh Hines-Allen that shifted momentum in their favor. Although the Patriots' Dre'Mont Jones recorded two sacks, it was the Jaguars' ability to stifle New England's attempts to mount a comeback that truly defined the game. The turning point came when Lawrence connected with Thomas for a long touchdown pass, extending their lead and putting the game out of reach for the Patriots.
