In a decisive matchup, the San Francisco 49ers topped the Atlanta Falcons 16-3 in Week 7 of the 2026 season, solidifying their place in the playoff picture. The 49ers needed this victory to maintain momentum and assert themselves as serious contenders in the league. Leading the charge for the 49ers was quarterback Jayden Daniels, who threw for 212 yards, showcasing his ability to move the chains effectively. Wide receiver Mike Evans was a standout target, racking up 77 receiving yards, while D'Andre Swift contributed on the ground with 43 rushing yards. This offensive trio proved vital in securing points and keeping the Falcons' defense on its heels throughout the game. Defensively, the 49ers were relentless, with Donte Jackson leading the team with three total tackles, and DeShon Elliott making a crucial interception that shifted the game's momentum in the second half.
