In a high-scoring affair, the Buffalo Bills topped the New Orleans Saints 56-35 in Week 5 of the 2027 season. Both teams entered the matchup eager to establish their dominance, but it was Buffalo that emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive firepower and defensive resilience. Leading the charge for the Bills was quarterback Josh Allen, who threw for four touchdowns, while running back Forrest Burks put together a historic performance with 302 rushing yards. Tight end Trey McBride also had a standout game, racking up 133 receiving yards, making key contributions to Buffalo's explosive offense. Defensively, Buffalo's Greg Rousseau was a force, registering two sacks that disrupted the Saints' offensive rhythm. The turning point of the game came in the second quarter when Rousseau's pressure led to a critical turnover, allowing the Bills to extend their lead. While the Saints' Channing Tindall made five tackles and Eugene Asante secured an interception, it was Buffalo's defensive plays that ultimately sealed the victory.
