In a thrilling Week 5 matchup, the Kansas City Chiefs topped the Baltimore Ravens with a final score of 35-24, solidifying their position as a contender in the AFC. This victory kept the Chiefs on track for a strong season, while the Ravens face crucial adjustments as they look to regain momentum. Patrick Mahomes showcased his elite talent, throwing for 307 yards and leading the Chiefs' offense with precision. Lamar Jackson kept the Ravens competitive with two touchdown passes, but it was Chris Olave's standout performance—tallying 184 receiving yards—that made a significant impact. Jaydon Blue added a solid ground game with 63 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Chiefs' offensive firepower. Defensively, the game shifted when Nohl Williams intercepted Lamar Jackson, giving Kansas City a crucial possession that allowed them to extend their lead. Despite Kelvin Manning's impressive effort with seven total tackles and a sack for the Ravens, the Chiefs' defense managed to contain the Baltimore offense at key moments. This interception marked a turning point, allowing the Chiefs to maintain control and ultimately secure the win.
