0. (Optional) List your league free — no bot required
Head to the listing page and fill in the short form: league name, headline, Discord invite, and a few tags. Hit publish and your league appears in the Franchise Finder for anyone looking for a league to join.
Stop here if you only want directory recruiting. The rest is for the full bot install.
1. Sign in and pick your server
Go to franchisehub.gg and sign in with Discord. Pick the server your league lives in — that opens your league's dashboard, which is where all setup happens.
2. Activate a plan
Open the Activate page on your dashboard, pick Pro or Elite, and finish in the secure checkout. Want to try before you buy? Ask in our support Discord about the free 7-day Elite trial.
3. Invite the bot
Follow the invite step on your dashboard and approve the permissions Discord asks for. The bot needs to manage channels and roles so it can post game channels and hand out team roles.
4. Connect your EA account
Open the EA setup page on your dashboard. You'll sign in on EA's own site, then paste what EA gives you back into the page and hit Submit. Once connected, the bot pulls your league's schedule, rosters, and results automatically — commands like /standings and /schedule light up after the first sync.
5. Pick your channels and roles
From the dashboard, choose where things post — game results, league news, XP receipts, and announcements — and link each Madden team to a Discord role. Then post the team claim board so your members can claim their teams with one tap.
6. Turn off what you don't want
Every command starts on. Open your server's Commands page on the dashboard and switch off anything you don't want members using — changes reach Discord within seconds.
