What is Franchise Hub?

Franchise Hub is a Discord bot and website for Madden franchise leagues. It pulls your league's data straight from EA, then turns it into schedules, standings, news, XP rewards, betting, trades, and more — right inside your Discord server.

How do I get the bot into my server?

Sign in at franchisehub.gg with Discord, pick your server, and follow the steps — you'll invite the bot and connect your league in a few minutes. The full walkthrough is on the Setup page.

How much does it cost, and what's the difference between Pro and Elite?

You can browse the Franchise Finder and list your league for free. Pro ($5/month) covers the core league tools — standings, schedules, team claims, player profiles, achievements, and game-day channels. Elite ($10/month) adds the fun stuff on top: the full XP economy, betting, trades and the Trade Center, the prize wheel, and activity checks. There's also a one-time season pass that covers the whole Madden cycle.

How do I pay or upgrade?

Everything goes through the Activate page on your dashboard — pick a plan and finish in a secure checkout. Your license unlocks the bot for one Discord server, and you can upgrade from Pro to Elite any time from the same page.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — we offer a free 7-day Elite trial so your league can try everything before paying. Ask us in the support Discord and we'll set it up for your server.

How do I connect my EA account?

Open your league's dashboard and go to the EA setup page. You'll sign in on EA's own site, then paste what EA gives you back into the page and hit Submit. Once connected, the bot keeps your league data synced automatically.

My league's data looks wrong or out of date — what should I check?

First, give it a few minutes — data refreshes shortly after games finish or the league advances. If it's still off, ask your commissioner to check the EA connection on the dashboard; EA sign-ins expire now and then, and the bot will say so when that happens. If it still looks wrong after a fresh sync, tell us in the support Discord and we'll take a look.

How do I claim a team?

Your commissioner posts a team claim board in one of your server's channels — find your team on it and tap Claim. You'll get your team's Discord role automatically, and /profile becomes your team's home base. If your team isn't showing as open, ask your commissioner to free it up.

How do I list my league so new players can find it?

The Franchise Finder is our public league directory, and listing is free — you don't even need the bot. Go to the listing page, fill out the short form, and publish. Leagues running the bot get live data on their listing, like current week and open teams.

How does XP work?

XP is your league's points system — your team earns it and spends it. Run /claim once a day for free XP, then check /prices and use /upgrade to spend XP making your players better. Run /xp help in your server for the full rundown, including tokens for the prize wheel and how betting pays out.

How do trades work?

Run /trade_center to build a trade — pick the other team, choose the players and picks on each side, and send it. Both teams see the terms, and your commissioner reviews trades before they're final (some leagues also put trades to a vote). Trades are part of the Elite plan.

Is there an iPhone app?

Yes — open franchisehub.gg/app on your phone and sign in with Discord. You can add it to your home screen and use Franchise Hub like a regular app, with everything the site does.

How do I delete my account and data?

Sign in at franchisehub.gg, open My Account, and choose Delete my account. That permanently removes your data from Franchise Hub. It can't be undone, so make sure you're ready.

Why don't I see a command in my server?

Three common reasons: your league's license has lapsed (that pauses commands until it's renewed), your commissioner turned that command off from the dashboard, or the command is part of a higher plan. Also, Discord itself can take a few minutes to refresh the command list — closing and reopening Discord usually clears it.

How do I get help?

Support happens in Discord — that's the fastest way to reach us, and we don't do email. Run /support in your server to grab the invite to our support server, or use /feedback to report a bug or pitch an idea.
