What it does

/support drops the official Franchise Hub Discord support server invite into your DMs (well, into an ephemeral reply only you can see). One click and you're in.

The support server is the canonical contact for the bot — bug reports, billing questions, license issues, feature requests, account or data deletion. There's no email — Discord is where the team lives.

How to use

/support

No arguments. The reply is ephemeral, so nobody else in the channel sees it.

Common questions

Q: What can I do on the support server? A: Report bugs and get real-time triage, ask setup questions (roles, channels, league sync), submit feature requests, vote on the public roadmap, and request account deletion or data exports.

Q: I have a quick question — do I have to join a whole new server? A: Try /help <topic> first. Most questions have a one-line answer there. If you still need a human, /support is the next step.

Q: Is there an email I can write to instead? A: No. All contact runs through the support Discord. This was a deliberate choice — the team can triage Discord threads faster than email tickets, and you get history + screenshots in one place.

Q: I want to report a bug right now. A: Use /feedback bug from inside the league you're in — it logs the bug with your guild context attached. The support server is for back-and-forth conversations; /feedback is for one-shot reports.
