What it does

/stat_leaders is the discovery alias for Franchise Hub's stat leaderboard system. The actual slash command name is /leaders — that's what your league members will type. This page exists so anyone searching the docs for "stat leaders" lands in the right place.

The leaderboard system posts auto-refreshing embeds (passing, rushing, receiving, sacks, INTs, tackles, TDs, total yards, kicking) into a configured channel. After every Companion app export, the embeds repaint with the latest week-to-week leaders — no command-running required once the channel is set up.

How to use

Run the actual command:

/leaders setup channel:<#channel> — (admin) Set up auto-updating leaderboards
/leaders refresh — Manually refresh now
/leaders status — Check configuration
/leaders remove — Stop auto-updates

See the /leaders page for the full reference, including the per-category stat slate (passing yds/TD/INT/comp%, rushing yds/TD/YPC, receiving yds/TD/REC, etc.) and common troubleshooting.

Related one-shot pulls

  • /player <name> — full stat card for a single player.
  • /team <abbr> — team stat summary.
  • /standings — current division/conference standings.
  • /leaders refresh — repaint the auto-leaderboards (use after a fresh export).

Common questions

Q: I typed /stat_leaders and Discord said "Unknown command." A: The slash command is /leaders — Discord won't autocomplete stat_leaders. The name in this doc is for search-discoverability only.

Q: Where's the leaderboard for a specific player? A: /player <name> returns a full card with rank context inside the leaderboard categories.

Q: Can I get a snapshot leaderboard without setting up the auto-updates? A: Yes — /leaders refresh will post into the configured channel on demand. If you haven't set the channel yet, run /leaders setup first.

Q: How is this different from /power_rankings? A: /leaders is per-stat-category — who throws the most yards, who has the most sacks, etc. /power_rankings is a holistic team ranking with AI-written blurbs and movement arrows.
