What it does
/prices posts the paginated XP price sheet — every attribute claim cost, every dev-trait upgrade cost, plus the live event-reward table that drives weekly credits. It's a public, read-only reference for anyone planning a claim or budgeting toward a dev bump.
The numbers shown are the live, per-guild values: code defaults overlaid with any commissioner customizations from the dashboard's XP Prices page (/dashboard/server/:guildId/xp?tab=prices). Whatever shows here is exactly what the upgrade builder will charge before tax.
How to use
/prices
No options. The embed paginates between an "Attribute Costs" page and a "Dev Upgrades + Event Rewards" page via Next/Back buttons.
Examples
/prices— open the price sheet at page 1 (attributes).- Click "Next" to see dev-trait costs, weekly event reward amounts, and any per-guild overrides.
Notes
/pricesis the canonical home for the price sheet — the old/xp pricessubcommand was folded into this top-level command.- Attribute costs scale by the target rating: pushing a 90 OVR receiver to 91 costs more than pushing a 75 OVR receiver to 76. The price tier is the current rating, not the delta.
- Dev upgrade costs scale by the destination tier: Normal → Star is cheap, Star → Superstar is medium, Superstar → X-Factor is expensive.
- Event rewards are the per-event XP credits the bot pays out automatically — game wins, division wins, WOTW, ROTW, etc. These are the rewards your team earns, not costs you pay.
- The price sheet does not include the active tax multiplier. To see what an actual upgrade will cost, open
/upgrade type:Attribute— the builder shows the post-tax price live. - Customization: commissioners override any line from the dashboard's XP Prices page. The override flows through to this view immediately.
Common questions
Q: Why is the actual upgrade cost different from what's on /prices?
A: Tax. The price sheet is the pre-tax base price. Your team's tax bracket (shown live in the /upgrade builder header) multiplies that base. Donations and admin grants bypass tax; attribute upgrades, dev upgrades, and bets respect it.
Q: Can I see prices for a future tier I haven't earned yet? A: Yes — the sheet shows every tier regardless of your current rating. Use it to plan multi-claim sequences.
Q: My commish changed a price — when does the new value show here?
A: Immediately. The dashboard's XP Prices form writes through to the Firestore overrides doc and /prices reads it on every invocation, so there's no cache to wait on.
Q: Why are some lines marked "(default)" and others not? A: Lines without an explicit override use the bot's built-in defaults. Lines that a commish has customized via the dashboard's XP Prices page show without that tag — they're the per-guild value.
Q: Are token prices in here too?
A: No — tokens are now earned-only and have no XP price. The 2026-05-09 wheel rework retired the buy/sell/trade pricing. /tokens balance shows your wallet.
