Every player upgrade that has been bought and is still waiting to be applied in game

What it does

/pending_upgrades posts the team board: every team with an upgrade bought and waiting to be applied in Madden, one row per team, newest-waiting first. Tap Claim on a team to take it — everyone in the channel then sees "Claimed by <your name>" on that row, so two helpers never work the same team at once.

Tap Open on a claimed team (yours or anyone's) to see its worksheet: one block per player, the final rating or trait change ("old → new"), and a Done in Madden button. Tick a player off once you've made the change in the game. When every player on a team is done, tap Done with team to clear the whole worksheet at once, or Release claim to hand it back to the board without finishing.

A claim releases itself after 30 minutes with nobody touching it — tapping Done or Not yet resets that clock. If you forget to release, the next helper can just take over once 30 minutes have passed.

This is admin / role-gated, the same allow-list as the old /claims_open panel. Members track their own upgrades on /profile's Upgrades tab, which shows "Claimed by <name>, being worked on" while a helper has it.

How to use

/pending_upgrades

No options. Use the Team, Kind and Show filters on the board to narrow a long list — Show defaults to Unclaimed so the board opens on what still needs a helper.

The same board and worksheet are mirrored on the dashboard's XP room, Pending Upgrades tab — claim, tick done, release and Copy the worksheet as plain text from there too. Whichever side you use, the other updates right along with it.

Common questions

Q: I tapped Claim but someone else's name is on the row. A: They beat you to it. Wait for them to finish or for the 30-minute idle release, or tap Take over once it appears (only shows up after the claim has sat idle that long).

Q: Can I Deny an upgrade from the worksheet? A: Not from here — Deny stays on the legacy /claims_open flow for now. The worksheet is for applying upgrades that are already approved, not deciding whether to approve them.

Q: Does tapping Done charge or refund XP? A: No. XP was charged when the upgrade was bought. Done in Madden just marks it applied in the game — it never touches a balance.

Q: I released a team by mistake. A: Tap Claim again — nothing about the worksheet changes when a claim releases, only who may act on it.
