What it does
/madden-setup is where you tell the bot what your league looks like — its name, its colors, which Discord roles map to which NFL teams, and which features are turned on. It's the "first 30 minutes" setup command, run once when you're getting the bot configured.
Most of the heavy lifting is in three groups: branding (name, footer, color, logo for embeds), team-role (map BUF → @Bills role, NE → @Patriots role, etc.), and features (toggle role enforcer, activity monitor, betting, XP, etc.).
This is admin-only. The dashboard at /commish/<guildId>/setup has every setting here in a single form — preferred for first-time setup.

Common questions
Q: I mapped the wrong role to a team — how do I fix it?
A: Just re-run /madden-setup team-role team:<abbr> role:<correct-role>. It overwrites the previous mapping. To clear a mapping entirely, use remove-team-role.
Q: What's the difference between practice-squad and inactive?
A: Practice squad is for users in the server without a team yet (waitlist, observers). Inactive is for assigned owners who've stopped engaging — the activity monitor swaps them between active/inactive automatically if auto-assign is on.
Q: I disabled Betting via features — what happens to active bets? A: Active bets settle when their games finish (no new bets accepted). Re-enabling later restores everything; you don't lose history.
Q: Where do I configure the channels?
A: Channels live on /setup (betting channels, trade, game channels, audit log, etc.) and on dedicated commands like /postgame_stats configure. /madden-setup covers branding + roles + feature toggles — channels are elsewhere.
Q: Activity monitor says everyone is inactive.
A: Lower the inactive-days threshold (default is on the high side). Re-run status to see the effective values.
