What it does
/help is the unified entry point for every help topic in Franchise Hub. It replaces 15 older help_* commands with a single autocomplete-driven picker. Type the command, start typing a topic, and Discord surfaces the matching help embed — usage, tips, and links to related dashboard pages.
Topics cover schedule, standings, power rankings, player lookup, the XP economy, betting, trades, GOTW, achievements, the dashboard, and more. The fallback (no topic) shows a commands overview.
How to use
/help [topic]
topic— optional. Autocomplete suggests matching topics as you type.

Help replies are ephemeral by default, so you can run them in any channel without spamming the league.
Common questions
Q: I typed a topic but autocomplete shows nothing.
A: The matcher checks the topic key, title, and description — try a shorter substring (e.g. xp instead of economy).
Q: Where did /help_betting, /help_trade, etc. go?
A: Retired. They were folded into /help <topic> to cut command-registry bloat. Old muscle memory rerouted: type /help then the topic name.
Q: Is there a deeper guide than these embeds? A: Yes — every embed links to a longer page on https://franchisehub.gg/docs. The dashboard also has interactive walkthroughs for the dashboard-native flows (claims builder, sportsbook, the wheel).
