The Carolina Panthers topped the Minnesota Vikings with a final score of 27-17 in a crucial Week 13 matchup of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Panthers solidified their position while the Vikings fell short in their quest for a postseason berth. Bryce Young led the Panthers' offense, tossing two touchdown passes, while Chuba Hubbard was a standout on the ground, racking up an impressive 142 rushing yards. The Panthers balanced attack proved potent enough to keep the Vikings' defense on their heels, allowing them to maintain control throughout the contest. On the defensive side, the Panthers made critical plays that shifted momentum in their favor, particularly Jaycee Horn's two interceptions. Lee Hunter's lone sack also contributed to the pressure that the Vikings faced, with Minnesota's Kyler Murray struggling to mount a comeback. The turning point came when Horn's second interception set up a touchdown, giving the Panthers a commanding lead they would not relinquish.
