The Minnesota Vikings topped the San Francisco 49ers 31-24 in a thrilling Week 11 matchup that had playoff implications on the line. Both teams were fighting for positioning in a competitive conference, but it was the Vikings who emerged victorious, solidifying their standing as contenders. J.J. McCarthy led the way for Minnesota, throwing for an impressive 381 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his ability to stretch the field and connect with his playmakers. Justin Jefferson was the standout receiver, racking up 146 yards and finding the end zone, while the Vikings' offense operated with precision and confidence throughout the game. Defensively, the 49ers made significant contributions, with Nick Bosa wreaking havoc and recording four sacks, but it wasn't enough to secure the win. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when McCarthy connected with Jefferson for a crucial touchdown, putting the game out of reach. Though Fred Warner grabbed two interceptions and Ashtyn Davis led in tackles, the Vikings' offensive firepower proved too much for San Francisco to handle.
