In a commanding performance, the Dallas Cowboys triumphed over the Seattle Seahawks with a final score of 73-28 in Week 13 of the 2026 season. The win solidifies the Cowboys' playoff aspirations, showcasing their dominance on both sides of the ball. Ashton Jeanty was a standout for Dallas, racking up an impressive 334 rushing yards, consistently breaking through the Seahawks' defense. Quarterback Jalen Milroe put up respectable numbers for Seattle, throwing for 297 yards and two touchdowns, while Tory Horton shined in the passing game with 150 receiving yards. However, it was the Cowboys' ground game that ultimately overwhelmed Seattle. Defensively, the Cowboys were opportunistic, with Caleb Downs snagging two interceptions that shifted the momentum in their favor. Seattle's Jerome Baker managed to record a sack, but it was Terrion Arnold’s five tackles that highlighted the Seahawks' struggle to contain the Cowboys' offensive onslaught. The turning point came early in the second half when Dallas scored two quick touchdowns, effectively sealing the game and leaving Seattle in the rearview mirror.
