The Pittsburgh Steelers topped the Houston Texans 37-14 in a decisive Week 13 showdown, solidifying their playoff positioning with a powerful performance. With both teams fighting for momentum late in the season, the Steelers showcased their strength on both sides of the ball to secure the victory. Justin Fields was the star of the night for Pittsburgh, throwing for three touchdowns on 280 yards, while Jaylen Warren added 63 rushing yards to keep the Texans' defense on its heels. C.J. Stroud led the Texans with an impressive 362 passing yards and found Trey McBride for 126 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Steelers' scoring onslaught. Defensively, the Steelers were relentless, with Payton Wilson leading the team with seven tackles and Jamel Dean contributing two key interceptions, turning the tide in Pittsburgh's favor. The game's turning point came when Dean snagged one of his interceptions deep in Texans territory, setting up Fields for a quick touchdown that put the Steelers ahead comfortably. Houston's defense struggled to contain the explosive plays, ultimately sealing their fate in this critical matchup.
