In a dominant display, the Minnesota Vikings topped the Indianapolis Colts 38-20 in Week 7 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. The Vikings showcased their offensive prowess, while the Colts struggled to keep pace, making this matchup critical for both teams' postseason aspirations. Leading the charge for Minnesota was quarterback Joe Milton, who threw for an impressive 399 yards and four touchdown passes, connecting frequently with standout receiver Jaylen Waddle, who racked up 202 receiving yards. The Vikings' offensive line provided solid protection, allowing Milton to exploit the Colts' secondary effectively. While Minnesota's offense shone bright, their defense also played a crucial role in the victory. Taron Johnson's interception helped shift momentum, and Andrew Van Ginkel's three tackles were key in containing the Colts' run game, particularly in the second half. The turning point came when Johnson's pick set up another touchdown drive, allowing the Vikings to stretch their lead and ultimately secure the win.
