In a commanding performance, the San Francisco 49ers topped the Minnesota Vikings 41-17 in Week 11 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, this victory not only bolstered the 49ers' standings but also showcased their offensive prowess against a struggling Vikings defense. Brock Purdy was the standout performer, throwing for 297 yards and four touchdowns, leading the charge for San Francisco's high-octane offense. George Kittle also shined, racking up 109 receiving yards, making critical catches that kept the chains moving and the 49ers' momentum strong. Meanwhile, Max Bredeson led the Vikings in rushing but struggled to find any significant traction against the 49ers' defense. Defensively, the 49ers were instrumental in securing the win, with Renardo Green making a game-changing impact by snatching two interceptions. The turning point came in the second quarter when Purdy connected with Kittle for a touchdown following Green's second pick, pushing the lead to 21-10 and shifting the momentum firmly in San Francisco's favor. The Vikings' inability to respond effectively highlighted the disparity between the two teams on this day.
