In a high-scoring affair, the New Orleans Saints outlasted the Carolina Panthers with a final score of 49-35 in Week 10 of the 2026 season. The victory keeps the Saints firmly in the playoff conversation, while the Panthers struggle to find their footing in a competitive division. Bryce Young led the Panthers with an impressive performance, throwing for 312 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to move the ball downfield. However, it was De'Von Achane of the Saints who stole the show with a remarkable 149 rushing yards, providing a powerful ground game that complemented their aerial attack. Tetairoa McMillan also shined for Carolina, racking up 142 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to secure the win. Defensively, Christen Miller of the Saints was a standout performer, recording three total tackles and two sacks, consistently putting pressure on Young. The game's turning point came when Jonas Sanker intercepted Young twice, shifting momentum in favor of New Orleans and allowing them to maintain control. This combination of offensive prowess and timely defensive stops ultimately sealed the victory for the Saints.
