In a tightly contested matchup, the Cincinnati Bengals topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 13-7 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. The victory was crucial for both teams as they vie for playoff positioning early in the year. The Bengals managed to hold off the Jaguars to secure a much-needed win at home. Cincinnati's offense was led by Joe Burrow, who threw for 245 yards, effectively distributing the ball across his receiving corps. Andrei Iosivas was the standout target, racking up 125 receiving yards and making key catches that kept drives alive. On the other side, Trevor Lawrence threw for one touchdown, but the Jaguars struggled to find consistency in the passing game against a tough Bengals secondary. Defensively, the Bengals made crucial stops that limited Jacksonville's scoring opportunities. The game's turning point came late in the third quarter when the Bengals' defense stifled a potential game-tying drive, forcing a turnover on downs. While Jacksonville's Foyesade Oluokun led the team with three total tackles, it was the Bengals' ability to bend but not break that ultimately sealed the win.
