In a dominant performance, the Green Bay Packers defeated the Minnesota Vikings 37-10 in Week 2 of the 2027 season. With both teams eager to secure an early edge in the NFC North, the Packers showcased their offensive prowess and solidified their standing in the division. Quarterback Jordan Love led the charge for Green Bay, throwing for 169 yards and three touchdowns, effectively distributing the ball and keeping the Vikings' defense off balance. Running back Josh Jacobs contributed on the ground with 38 rushing yards, while the Packers' passing game found success through efficient playmaking. Despite the loss, Justin Jefferson shined for the Vikings, racking up 99 receiving yards but was unable to convert his production into points. Defensively, the Packers were impactful, with Jeremiah Cooper snagging an interception that shifted momentum in their favor. The game's turning point came early in the second half when Cooper's pick set up a quick touchdown drive, extending the Packers' lead and demoralizing the Vikings. While Caleb Banks had a strong game with two sacks for Minnesota, it wasn't enough to contain a relentless Green Bay offense that consistently found ways to score.
