In a tightly contested matchup, the Las Vegas Raiders topped the Arizona Cardinals 24-16, securing a crucial victory in Week 17 of the 2026 season. This win not only boosts the Raiders' playoff hopes but also sets the stage for an intense finish as the regular season comes to a close. On the offensive side, Carson Beck led the Cardinals with an impressive 252 passing yards and a touchdown, showcasing his ability to move the ball through the air. However, it was Mike Washington Jr. of the Raiders who stole the show with a commanding 100 rushing yards, effectively controlling the tempo of the game. Marvin Harrison Jr. contributed significantly for Arizona, racking up 139 receiving yards, but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Raiders' balanced attack. Defensively, the Raiders made their mark with a standout performance from Taron Johnson, who recorded two crucial interceptions, turning the tide in favor of Las Vegas. Quay Walker also added a sack, helping to apply pressure on Beck throughout the game. The turning point came when Johnson's second interception halted a promising Cardinals drive, allowing the Raiders to capitalize and extend their lead, ultimately sealing the game.
