In a stunning display of dominance, the Green Bay Packers crushed the New York Jets with a final score of 66-7 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Packers not only secured their second win of the season but also sent a clear message to the rest of the league about their offensive firepower. Quarterback Jordan Love led the charge for the Packers, throwing for 348 yards and five touchdowns, showcasing his ability to connect with receivers all over the field. Matthew Golden was a standout target, racking up 211 receiving yards, while Josh Jacobs added to the offensive onslaught with 124 rushing yards, proving to be a dual-threat that the Jets simply could not contain. Defensively, the Packers were equally impressive, with Javon Hargrave recording three sacks and Edgerrin Cooper snagging two interceptions, which contributed to the Jets' inability to find any rhythm. The game's turning point came early in the second quarter when Cooper's second interception set up another quick touchdown for Green Bay, effectively sealing the Jets' fate and leaving them reeling for the remainder of the match.
