In a decisive Divisional Round matchup, the Dallas Cowboys topped the Green Bay Packers 27-13, securing their spot in the next round of the playoffs. The victory was crucial for the Cowboys as they aimed to make a deep postseason run, while the Packers faced an early exit after a strong regular season. Leading the charge for the Cowboys was quarterback Sam Darnold, who delivered a standout performance with 279 passing yards and three touchdown passes. He connected frequently with tight end Theo Johnson, who racked up 113 receiving yards, proving to be a reliable target throughout the game. Meanwhile, Jonathan Taylor of the Packers was the standout on the ground, but his 71 rushing yards were not enough to change the course of the game. Defensively, the Cowboys made their presence felt with a dominant performance, highlighted by Gabe Jacas, who recorded two sacks to disrupt the Packers' offense. Nick Emmanwori contributed with five total tackles, consistently halting any momentum Green Bay tried to build. The turning point came in the second quarter when Darnold threw a critical touchdown pass, giving Dallas a lead they would not relinquish as their defense stifled any attempts at a comeback by the Packers.
