In a decisive matchup, the Seattle Seahawks topped the San Francisco 49ers with a final score of 31-14, solidifying their playoff aspirations in Week 12 of the 2026 season. The win not only boosts Seattle's confidence but also deepens the 49ers' struggles as they fight to stay relevant in the playoff race. Jalen Milroe was the standout performer for the Seahawks, throwing for an impressive 336 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to command the offense. Rashid Shaheed also made a significant impact, racking up 129 receiving yards, while Jadarian Price handled the ground game with 23 rushing yards. The offensive execution was evident in Seattle’s ability to convert critical third downs, keeping the 49ers’ defense on their heels. Defensively, the Seahawks were relentless, with DeMarcus Lawrence leading the charge with four sacks and four total tackles, creating constant pressure on the San Francisco quarterback. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Lawrence's sack led to a fumble that Seattle recovered, swinging momentum and allowing them to extend their lead. Coupled with Ty Okada's interception, the Seahawks' defense effectively stifled any chance of a 49ers comeback.
