In a decisive Week 2 matchup, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers topped the Cleveland Browns 24-3, solidifying their early-season momentum. With both teams looking to establish their identity in the 2026 season, the Buccaneers came out strong, showcasing a dominant performance on both sides of the ball. Offensively, Sean Tucker led the charge for Tampa Bay, racking up 96 rushing yards, while Cade Otton made a significant impact in the passing game with 79 receiving yards. Shedeur Sanders of the Browns attempted to keep pace, throwing for 205 yards, but the Cleveland offense struggled to find the end zone throughout the game. Defensively, the Buccaneers were relentless, highlighted by Ifeatu Melifonwu's impressive two interceptions that thwarted any chance of a Browns comeback. Rueben Bain Jr. also played a key role, making four total tackles to help stifle Cleveland's offensive efforts. The turning point came when Melifonwu's second pick set up a touchdown drive, allowing Tampa Bay to pull away and secure the victory.
