In a pivotal Week 5 matchup, the Atlanta Falcons topped the Baltimore Ravens 24-11, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With this victory, the Falcons not only secured their second consecutive win but also showcased their resilience against a formidable opponent. Taylen Green led the Falcons' offense with a steady performance, throwing for one touchdown and managing the game effectively. On the ground, Bijan Robinson contributed significantly with 63 rushing yards, while the Ravens leaned on Lamar Jackson, who threw for 224 yards and kept his team competitive. Mark Andrews was a standout in the receiving game for Baltimore, racking up 92 yards but unable to find the end zone. Defensively, the Falcons were bolstered by Jalon Walker's sack, which helped pressure Jackson throughout the game. The turning point came in the second half when Chidobe Awuzie's two interceptions for the Ravens failed to translate into scoring opportunities, allowing Atlanta to maintain control and ultimately seal the victory. Tre Hawkins III led the way for the Ravens with eight total tackles, but it wasn't enough to turn the tide in a challenging outing for Baltimore.
