In a commanding performance, the Atlanta Falcons topped the Baltimore Ravens 59-24 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. The victory not only showcases Atlanta's offensive firepower but also positions them firmly in the playoff conversation, establishing them as a formidable contender in the league. Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. led the charge for the Falcons, throwing for an impressive 379 yards and six touchdowns, showcasing both precision and poise in the pocket. He was well-supported by running back Bijan Robinson, who racked up 127 rushing yards, and wide receiver Zachariah Branch, who contributed 137 receiving yards, making for a dominant offensive trio that the Ravens struggled to contain throughout the game. Defensively, the Falcons were equally impressive, with Gervon Dexter Sr. recording 2.5 sacks that disrupted Baltimore's rhythm and put pressure on their quarterback. Kendal Daniels also made his mark with an interception, adding to the Ravens' frustrations. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when Atlanta scored three consecutive touchdowns, effectively putting the game out of reach and demonstrating their ability to capitalize on defensive stops.
